The fine print...

By registering for the Music Connection Gold Rewards Card, you accept the following terms and conditions.

Your card must be presented at time of purchase to earn points. Returned merchandise deletes related points from your earnings. Points earned are for use on future purchases and may not be redeemed on the same purchase on which they are earned. Points are earned at rate of 3 points per qualifying dollar and excludes sales taxes. There is a cap of 30,000 maximum point earnings reward on any one purchase. Points have no cash value. Cards cannot be combined to redeem points for purchase or rewards.

**Points may only be earned and used on purchases of merchandise paid in full at time of purchase. Points cannot be earned or redeemed on lessons, rentals, repairs, or open account charges. Special point events and programs will be made available to current students and rental customers.

If your card is lost or stolen, notify MC immediately to protect your account. A replacement card is $5.00 and adds no point value to the card. Your card is associated with your personal MC account. Points or Cards are not transferrable.

Music Connection reserves the right to change the calculation to earn or redeem points or to change the program in any way without exception. Music Connection will post program changes on our website, in our stores, and/or notify card holders by email. **In the event the points program is discontinued by Music Connection, a redemption deadline date and program end date will be posted.

Current Rewards Selections will be posted on our website and in our stores. Rewards are delivered as per the details of each specific reward and may have limited quantity or availability. There is a cap of a maximum 30,000 point ($300)
redemption on any one purchase.

***To earn referral points, referred party must be new to Music Connection and present completed referral form at time of purchase and make payment in full at time of purchase. There is a limit of 5000 points earned on any one referral. Referral points are removed if qualifying purchase is returned. Referral forms are available in store or online.

Your current point totals are shown on your receipt after each purchase. You may also check your point balance while in our stores, by phone, or emailing us.
